The drawback with Hepsia is the lack of root access to the dedicated web server, but you will briskly enjoy the user-friendliness of Hepsia's drag & drop File Manager in return.

Control Panel 1 - The Hepsia Control Panel is a regular tool only in combination with the Debian Linux Operating System and is delivered for free. With Hepsia you can host unlimited hostnames under a single hosting account. This is realizable owing to Hepsia's efficient Domain Manager tool. The other hosting CP devices, i.e. cPanel and DirectAdmin, are available only with CentOS. Unlike Hepsia, with them you have to use 2 different user accounts. This is so, because cPanel and DirectAdmin do not provide any domain registration/transfer/administration solutions. If you go for Ubuntu as an Operating System for your dedicated web server, there will be no CP opportunity.
Hosted Hostnames 2 - unmetered domains can be hosted with all available Control Panel devices, but only with Hepsia you can register/transfer/administer your web site names under a single hosting user account. Unfortunately, the cPanel/DirectAdmin Control Panel setups do not present such opportunity at all - there is no Domain Manager platform and as a result they need 2 separate user accounts: one domain management/billing/support account and one web site management user account (i.e. the actual cPanel/DirectAdmin CP).
Operating System (OS) 3 - you will see that the Hepsia hosting Control Panel is offered with Debian Linux only. It's free of charge to run it on your dedicated web server. Hepsia is not available with CentOS or Ubuntu. The cPanel and DirectAdmin hosting Control Panel interfaces can work only with the CentOS OS. Neither of them is available with Debian or Ubuntu.
Root Access 4 - not available only with the Hepsia hosting Control Panel and available in all other circumstances.
